A Story of Struggle and Hope

A few weeks ago, the Sacramento Bee published the story of Jordana Steinberg. Jordana is a 20-year old student at Sierra College who has struggled with a severe mood disorder since the age of 3. She is also the daughter of California State Senator Darrell Steinberg, who serves as Pro Tem of the Senate and was a major proponent of Proposition 63, the Mental Health Services Act. Jordana’s story is one of struggle and finding hope for both her and her family.
